The Process

The most common question asked is, "How long does it take?". On average, it takes 4-5 weeks from start to finish. However, the length of time ultimately depends on how long it takes the client to get us materials, and how responsive they are to our calls for input and revisions. It also depends on how involved your project is.

A static html web site takes less time than a dynamic data driven site using php/MySQL, a secure e-commerce, or a flash site...and we've done it all and in many combinations.

Our work process follows this basic flow:
1. Free, half-hour consultation after which
2. A project estimate is generated and forwarded for approval.
3. We ask that you respond to the estimate within one (1) week.
4. Upon approval, you send the deposit requested along with a signed copy of the agreement and any and all materials needed to build the site.
5. When the materials arrive, we schedule your project within the framework of our existing workload.
6. It takes approximately 1-2 weeks to design and program a "site template".
7. Upon completion of the site template, we ask for your approval.
8. You approve the template, and we proceed to complete the site
9. We contact you and ask for your final revisions.
10. You submit your revisions.
11. We make all the remaining corrections and launch the site.
12. You are billed for balance due of the original estimate, account is finalized and your site is live.
